How do I use my e-tickets?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take with you when you visit the attraction in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email as this will contain a barcode which will grant you quicker access.
 

My group size is not listed, how can I book for the correct number?

Group sizes which are not listed can be made up from those listed. For example, a group of 9 can be booked as a group of 8 and a single ticket.
 

Will I receive a ticket through the post?

No, you will receive an e-ticket via email confirming your booking which you will need to print off and bring with you to guarantee entry on your visit

What is your refund policy?

All tickets purchased online and at the event are non-refundable and non-transferable
 

Can I still go to the Grotto if I dont book

You can, but we cannot guarantee a time when you will get to visit Santa.  Booking online is the best way to secure your time slot.  We can take your booking in store or over the phone
